Ryerson's financial systems are available from 2:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. daily and require RU-VPN2 for off-campus access. RUFIS Help Desk staff are available via phone and email.
We’re dedicated to providing systems and processes that support effective financial management. We offer a series of courses and workshops on all aspects of the Ryerson University Financial Information System (RUFIS or Oracle).

What we do
- create new reports and queries in the financial system, by request
- support users through the RUFIS help desk
- maintain the financial system, including implementing upgrades, developing new technologies and managing user access

facilitate workshops on using RUFIS, including:
- funds available and detailed transactions
- running reports
- initiating a purchase request
- entering and approving invoices
