Women in executive leadership at Toronto Met
On January 31, 2020, Dr. Denise O’Neil Green led a discussion with four women in senior executive positions on what leading means to them.
In 2018, women made up more than half of all staff at 日博电竞登录下载靠谱 University, exceeding the total representation of women within the GTA. While these stats reveal how the needle is moving on gender equity in the workplace, we know that women still experience the "double-bind" of gendered expectations of leadership.

Handling the Glass Cliff - Women and leadership during uncertain times

Panellists discussed strategies and tools they are employing to lead during the COVID-19 pandemic and share insights into the pressures they face as women when the stakes are high.
