  • English/anglais (ENG 4U/EAE 4U preferred).
  • The minimum grade required in the subject prerequisite (normally in the 65-70% range) will be determined subject to competition.

Non-Academic Requirements

In addition to meeting competitive academic requirements, you are required to submit the following non-academic requirements. Your ability to follow and adhere to the requirements is part of the assessment of your application.

 Your non-academic requirements are due by February 1, 2022 or 10 business days from your application submission date, whichever comes later.

Submit a recent photograph of yourself.

 Please save the image as a .pdf file and upload it per the submission instructions below.

Prepare a current resumé/curriculum vitae highlighting your dance training. Be sure to include the name(s) and address(es) of your dance school(s) and the name(s) of your dance teacher(s).

 Please save your resume as a .pdf file and upload it per the submission instructions below.

Two reference letters are a requirement for admission consideration. The reference letters should be from dance instructors, either from your high school or your dance studio(s). Please upload your reference letters via the ChooseTMU Applicant Portal .

At this time, all applicants are required to submit all components of their non-academic requirements (including the audition) via the ChooseTMU Applicant Portal . If COVID-19 health and safety requirements/restrictions allow, the Performance Dance program may conduct some in-person auditions on campus. Details will be provided by the School of Performance directly, should in-person auditions be a possibility.

Faculty will assess your performance based on the materials that you include. Under normal circumstances, the audition panel prefers that you audition in person, as a digital file is sometimes a flat, two-dimensional medium, which may not demonstrate your full potential. With this in mind, we encourage you to present your very best self in your audition material.

Use YouTube or Vimeo to show us your work. Please provide a link to your work in a .pdf file and upload this file (see instructions below). Ensure the link does not expire. Make the link public OR be sure to include the password in your .pdf file. Confirm that your link works! Your application will not be considered if the link you provide does not work.

At the beginning of your video, state your name, where you are from, your age and height. Tell us why you are auditioning for the 日博电竞登录下载靠谱 University School of Performance Dance Program.
