Get reminders and messages

Your OSAP message centre is one of the most important functions of your OSAP application. Through this, you will receive OSAP application status updates from our Student Financial Assistance department and/or the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU). 

Every time there is a new update in your OSAP message centre, you will be sent a notification alert to the email on file. For privacy, the email will not indicate what the message is—you will need to log on to your secure OSAP message centre through your OSAP portal to view. 

Check your OSAP message regularly for important updates—we recommend checking at least once a week. You are responsible for staying up to date with your OSAP application. 

To check your OSAP message centre:

1. Log on to your OSAP account and go to 'Message centre.'
2. New/unread messages will appear in bold—the date, application and subject will provide a quick reference about the message.
