In order to satisfy program graduation requirements, students must complete their program curriculum as approved by Ryerson Senate and as published in the Ryerson Undergraduate Calendar. There may be occasion when it is appropriate for a student to request consideration to deviate from completion of the approved and expected program curriculum requirements. In these cases, a request for a Curriculum Exception may be submitted.
Approval of a Curriculum Exception provides students, who find themselves
facing extenuating circumstances preventing them from being able to proceed through the coursework as intended, to complete their course requirements with approved alternatives.
