Meet Vice-Provost and Dean, Dr. Cory Searcy

Creative, connected and entrepreneurial; graduate education at Ryerson puts you at the core of what’s next. Ryerson’s graduate programs are distinctive and offer an outstanding student-centred experience where innovative and creative perspectives in relation to real-world questions are valued.

To use Ryerson’s online tools, you must first activate your Ryerson online identity by completing a series of web forms. During activation, you will pick your user name, such as: johndoe, john.doe, etc., known as your my.ryerson username and your password. You will not get an email confirming your account activation.

Two-Factor Authentication

As of August 1, 2019, all new students will be required to use two-factor authentication to access Ryerson services. This will require students to have either a mobile phone that can run Google Authenticator or a Universal 2nd Factor (U2F) key. U2F keys are available for purchase online or in some stores.

More information on two-factor, including setup information can be found on the Computing and Communications Services (CCS) Two-Factor Authentication website .

Once activated, your Ryerson online identity gives you access to:

  • D2L Brightspace learning system
  • Ryerson wireless
