RU-VPN2 (Global Protect) required to launch tutorials

Please note all eHR tutorials require you to log in to Ryerson’s virtual private network, RU-VPN2 (Global Protect). To install the software, please refer to:

Download instructions for RU-VPN2 (Global Protect) for Windows ; or
Download instructions for RU-VPN2 (Global Protect) for Mac .

For help installing or using RU-VPN2 (Global Protect), please contact the Computing and Communications Services (CCS) Help Desk via the IT Help portal , help@ryerson.ca or 416-979-5000, ext. 556806.

Launch eHR

Launch the eHR system using the direct link to eHR or by logging in to the my.ryerson portal and navigating to the eHR tab.
